かつて中世ヨーロッパでは「十分の一税」という制度が存在していた。
貧乏な人も、お金持ちの人も等しく、収入の十分の一を納める。
日本でもいつかこうした制度が実現して欲しいものである。
貧乏な人は、さらなる窮地に追い込まれる。
累進課税は、成功者のやる気をそぎ落とす。
３月になれば、道路工事があちらこちらで開始される。
政府はもっとやり繰りを見つめ直すべきではないだろうか。
ボーナスが余ったので全部使い切ります、という家庭が
あるだろうか？
