「欝について2」（About Depression 2）

うつ病の具体的な改善方法の実行がまずは最優先でありましょう。
まず、有名なパキシルなどをただ飲み続けても改善されることはないでしょう。
多少、良くなってきた感じはあるかも知れませんけど、３年、５年経過しても
それだけです。
では、どうするか、それは以下の習慣を基本として下さい。
２４時以内には必ず布団に入る。出来れは２２時。そして、６時には起きて
下さい。その間、眠れなくても余計なことはせず布団の中で休んでいましょう。
朝でも、夜でも構わないので、腕立て伏せ１０回、スクワット１０回実行
して下さい。食事はおかずを中心にしっかりと食べます。
夜に、鏡に向かって次のような文を２０回唱えて下さい。
「わたしは、十分に素晴らしい人間である」
「他人の表情、言動は、全く当てにならない」
「自分より可哀想な人はごまんといる」
一日一回コンビニをぶらりとする。買い物をしてもよい。

詩というよりも、ハウツー的になりましたが、是非、実践してみて下さい。

鬱は治る病です。さあ、自分自身の事をよく見てみよう。
そして、他人の事をよく見てみよう。彼らのほとんどがたいして立派でも何でも
ありません。
何故、あなただけが傷つかねばいけないのですか？
頑張れとは言わない。さあ、やる気を出して、人生を楽しんでみませんか。

　カレンダーに己の運命を委ねるのを止めねばならない。
