　あまたの預言者を使わせし王よ
　病める者にも卑しき者にもすべて平等なる王者よ
　あなたは雷鳴の如く警鐘を鳴らし

　それゆえ、幾人もの魂を救わざりけり
　時折見せる汝の鷹のような視線
　ふくろうのような眼差しは
　世界を刮目し時代を見据え神のお心を知るに至る
　汝は時速３００ｋｍで進めるのに
　時速３０ｋｍで進んでこられた
　全てはその時代背景という鎖の中で
　ああ、いと高き王にして最も悲愴なるお方よ
　汝は後の世の人々の為に
　遅れて来れし民の為にその英知を投げ出さん
　かくて悲劇の物語は永遠に語り継がれん

　こうしたいくつかの努力を怠りしものには、
　やがて、美とは反対のものが訪れてくるのである。
　それを、自分以外の原因にしてはならない。
